This notice explains what American Winter Services collects when you use our commercial property estimate and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect your name, work email, phone number, and property address when you request an estimate so we can keep the contact tied to the correct site, prepare pricing, and send the result. You may also provide an optional company or property name and any additional details needed to define the service scope.
Property and pricing data
We may use public address, map, aerial imagery, and county parcel information to locate a property and estimate its serviceable area. Preliminary pricing is not a final contract and is reviewed by AWS before final pricing is issued.
Marketing attribution
When you arrive through an email, advertisement, or campaign link, we may retain basic campaign information such as source, medium, campaign name, referring page, and landing page. This helps us understand which outreach produced an estimate request.
How we use and share information
We use submitted information to prepare, verify, and communicate about your snow and ice estimate; operate our sales process; and improve the estimate experience. Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, mapping, hosting, and customer relationship management systems, including HighLevel.
Your choices
Name, work email, phone number, and property address are required for the streamlined estimate request. AWS may contact you by phone or email about that property; we do not sell your information. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email sales@americanwinterservicesaws.com.
