Commercial Snow removal
Zero Snow and Ice Tolerance
Over the years, we have established a zero ice and snow tolerance policy. We monitor the weather forecasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will auto-deploy our trucks to pretreat all sites when the weather forecasts any moisture with freezing temperatures and/or any snowfall. We dispatch our crew to apply our anti-icers to keep all sidewalks, drive lanes, front aprons, entrances, exits, loading docks, and handicap stalls clear of any ice and snow by applying de-icing materials and/or snow plowing as long as the storm continues. Also, after a storm, we continue monitoring the weather in case any melting, refreezing, or drifting of snow occurs.
Snow Plowing
Using proper snow plowing equipment is also critical to a successful snow plowing operation. We are able to assign the best-suited plowing equipment required by the size and layout of your site. Before the snow season begins, we have an engineered plan ready for every one of our sites detailing which and what type of equipment is the safest and most efficient for each property. Our plan will be to set in place a strategy on how each parking area will be plowed. This ensures a smooth operation during every snow and ice event. WE WILL NOT PUSH/PLOW SNOW OVER CURBS as this may damage our equipment and your property. If snow is built up in parking stalls, we can deploy an on-site snow removal team to remove unwanted snow from parking stalls to pile at a designated location on your site.
*All first responders, hospitals, police, schools, doctor’s offices, medical facilities, and airports are first plow priority*
